We use Express Post for orders within Australia.
In-stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days from when the order has been processed. Pre-orders vary in processing, due to manufacture times. On average (unless told otherwise).
Tracking information will be sent via email. In all cases if required for a certain date, leave comment in notes section at checkout and we will always aim to get it to on time.

The estimated delivery time is 2-6 days.
Next business day deliveries are possible within the Express Post delivery network for postcode 6530.
To avoid delays, we recommend choosing a delivery address where somebody can sign for the package. If no one is available to sign for the package, it will be taken to your nearest Australian Post Shop. Please, collect it within 5 business days to make sure it is not returned back to us.
If you require an urgent delivery, please leave us a note in the shipping instructions at checkout.
Please note that made to order items and items that need adjustments require longer time – this will be stated in the item description. We will contact you in the unlikely case of a delay for any other reason.
Once the item has been handed over to the courier, it’s completely out of our control. Therefore, Lahcinta cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels.
After getting a notification from us, local customers are welcome to pick up their orders either directly from our studio or from the Finity Concept store, both located at 163 Marine Terrace, Geraldton, WA 6530.
Finity Concept opening hours are
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Saturday 9am - 4pm
Sunday 10am - 2pm
We kindly encourage you to collect your order at your earliest convenience.
Please note - Finity Concept's Counter and Staff kindly act as a collection point only. This is purely for your convenience. Any questions you may have in regards to our jewellery or what lahcinta can or cant do, studio hours etc etc - please contact us. Unfortunately they probably wont be able to help.
Please note all normal sales terms and conditions apply to pick-up orders.
Sending gifts directly
We can send your order directly to a gift recipient. Just write their name and address in the Delivery details-section. At checkout, you will have the option to indicate this is a gift, and even write a text for a note that we’ll send along with your order.
Invoices and receipts will not be included in the package.
Returns & Exchange
Defective and unused items can be returned to us within seven days of receiving them. Please, contact us at email@example.com for return instructions.
Once we’ve received your return, please allow one week processing time. We do not offer refunds, but we do offer exchanges or credit notes.
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. This is why we carefully inspect each piece of jewellery before shipping it to you.
However, mistakes do happen and sometimes damages occur during transit. If have received faulty jewellery, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.
Please, keep the original package as a proof of your purchase.
It is rare for items to go missing during transit. However, if your order has not arrived within 8 working days from the date it has been shipped, please contact us at email@example.com.
